A typical intersection. Cops are everywhere in Shanghai. Twice my driver was stopped and was literally scolded by these omnipresent cops for the smallest traffic infractions. Cops sure love to yell here. And yes, I had a personal driver chauffeur me around while I was in Shanghai (such is the result of dirt-cheap labor in China).
