This is the Jin Mao buildling, currently the tallest building in China (but not for long). There is a hotel occupying the top 30 stories (out of 88) and that's where I stayed. They claim it's the highest hotel in the world... The building doesn't do much for me on the outside but the inside is pretty nice.
