I arrived in Pudong International Airport. This is a spanking new airport, only recently opened (not sure exactly when). It's very big and very modern. Shanghai is divided into Pudong and Puxi. Puxi is old Shanghai and Pudong is the new area designated by the Chinese government to be the financial center of Shanghai and China. Little bit of geography for you, in case you are interested: Shanghai is divided by the Huangpu River. East of it is the Pudong New Development Area. And West of it is Puxi (or old Shanghai).
