What you do is pick the ingredients you want and they will cook it for you on the spot. Awful cooking. Just awful. They can't do the simplest thing as fry up an egg. I thought eggs were relatively safe to eat and how badly can you fry up an egg? As it turned out, very badly indeed. So. Much. Oil. Why so much oil? Why??? There was a group of rawdy drunken men from Canton at the next table who thought the same thing. They ended up cooking the food themselves.
